That's
right. Limiting beliefs are a big cause of your
being overweight. And many times, we have limiting
beliefs about food and being fat that are actually in
conflict with each other. The interesting thing is
most of the time, we don't know we're operating from these
beliefs. They are buried so deep in our minds that
we can't see them. Where do these beliefs come
from? Everywhere...have you ever heard any of these
statements?
Clean
your plate.
Children
are starving in China (or other countries).
Don't
eat that, you'll get fat.
You're
eating like a pig.
Eat
your spinach, it makes you strong.
You
deserve a treat - how about some ice cream?
Fat
people are lazy.
Skinny
people are weak.
Fat
& happy.
Mean
& lean.
The
list goes on and on. And then there's the media...
Think
about fast-food commercials. Do they ever show fat people
eating Big Macs? Advertising food is a huge part of the American
culture. And the commercials make it look so great!
Coke - it's the real thing; have a break - have a kit kat;
Nestle, good food, good life; Pringles - once you pop, the fun
won't stop. There are so many more, it's crazy. Some
of these messages eventually find their way into your
subconscious mind, becoming part of your
programming. You operate every day based on the
programming in your inner mind - what does your
programming consist of?
Most
people begin losing weight after the first hypnosis
session. On average, with just three to five
sessions you will be losing weight and feeling
great. The best thing about it is that the changes
are permanent. You become a slender person and everything
in your life becomes consistent with the new you.
